We are a full service property management company that assigns a certified property manager to every property. Assigned property managers are responsible for tending to day to day property management tasks. • Tenant Searches and Background Screenings— Real Property Management will advertise rental property vacancies and search for the best possible tenant to fill that space. Each tenant will fill out an application allowing Real Property Management to perform a complete background screening prior to moving into the rental property.

• Rent Collection and Eviction Processing— We'll use fair, legal eviction practices should tenants default on their rent payments. Rent payments are collected through electronic transfers, making monthly rent collection convenient.

• Financial and Accounting Services— Our web-based financial and accounting software makes it easy for property owners and their assigned certified property manager to keep track of important reports and information. Each month information is updated so property owners are always up to date.
