  • Accounting and Financial Reporting- Real Property Management wants to help property owners capitalize on the financial opportunities their properties provide. We'll help new landlords track financial changes and provide them with accounting information from month to month.

  • Tenant Searches- To help further capitalize on financial opportunities, Real Property Management will assist property owners in searching for and placing tenants in open rental spaces. We'll advertise your rental space on more than 100 websites until we find the perfect tenant for your property. Each tenant will go through a complete background check to ensure they are the best possible tenant for the rental.
