Here at Real Property Management San Diego we make it easy for tenants to pay rent, apply for a rental property and even submit repair and maintenance requests.   Log-in to the convenient Tenant Portal and take advantage of the many benefits.  While in the Tenant Portal, look through our archived section of important documents, forms, and procedures to maximize your rental experience.

First Time Logging In?

If you don't have a login, please click "Sign up" below the login form on the right and follow the prompts. Your login information will be emailed to you. Please use the email account we have on file for your account and the rental property address.  Please contact our office for further questions.

Paying Rent Online

The easiest and most preferred way to pay your monthly rent is by an ACH withdrawal from your checking account.  You may pay by credit card, if necessary, however transaction fees will apply.  You may also pay by check, money order, or cashiers check (no cash) at our office.  If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, please call our office for instructions.

Repair Requests

To submit a repair request 24/7 for any reason, please call 1-800-770-7199.  Important: Check our Repair Checklist before submitting a service request.
